„ARBURG Turnkey Control Module (ATCM)“
Meeting the demands of a digital transformation into the age of Industry 4.0 requires smarter production processes. ATCM (ARBURG Turnkey Control Module) visualizes the entire process using an example from spirit level manufacturing. The prerequisite is a new production cell that integrates an ALLROUNDER injection moulding machine with an OPC UA interface. In this process, the ATCM acts as a SCADA system, which combines various system functions and important data from the production process. This enables 100% traceability of individual parts. The process data is then routed to an evaluating system to be used for Big Data analysis or archiving. Alarms, faults, statuses or operator inputs are visualized via an HMI panel with multi-touch functionality.
