Production Plant Control

The project started with the monitoring and remote maintenance of machines in the production plant - cooling water pumps, compressors and boiler plants - on the premises of Andritz AG in Graz (Austria). Here, atvise® was able to prove its reliability in operating and monitoring machines via common web browsers. Independent of PC / laptop or smartphone (including the Blackberry Torch), access worked without restrictions. This enables the integration of Andritz maintenance & support technicians - who work around the globe on Andritz Industrial Equipment and can now respond to local support issues in Graz.

In a next step, atvise will be used to control and monitor the complete building automation of the Andritz plant in Graz. The advantages of the unique solution offering of the visualization based on native web technology in combination with the sophisticated object-oriented programming were clear.
