atvise Runtime Options

atvise is not only an engineering environment for compliant web servers, but it also contains a complete runtime system for your HMI and SCADA applications. atvise offers two different runtime options that can be easily activated by entering a valid licence key:

	atvise operate is the "little brother" of atvise scada for 1:1 HMI applications with an OPC connection to the plant floor (PLC)
	atvise scada: Which offers all main SCADA functions such as historization, alarming, and many more

Once atvise operate is activated, the atvise server process can be connected to any control equipment using OPC. atvise does not only support the classic DCOM based OPC, but it can also connect via the new standard OPC UA (Unified Architecture), too (for more details, see atvise scada). For highly efficient engineering, external address spaces (all variables/datapoints) can be imported from the external OPC server with just one mouse-click. That means no extra engineering or conversion effort.

With atvise scada, Certec brings the first generation of atvise webMI-based products on the market. atvise scada is one of the first scada products with fully native OPC-Unified-Architecture support. atvise scada combines all SCADA functionalities in an innovative process control system architecture. This new technology will make operation of control systems and integration of new devices easier than ever before:

Open Standards

atvise scada can be easily applied with every architecture and in every engineering system. It supports the OPC UA open standard, providing for open engineering and full use of all types of data and functionalities. For easy use, we provide the atvise parametrization panel. But you can, of course, operate atvise with any other OPC UA -compliant user tool.

atvise webMI HMI

All you need is your Web browser. The user-friendly web visualization of atvise does not require any additional software, Java or ActiveX. This benefit will convince both clients AND administrators. As there's no need to change existing systems, no need for HMI runtime licences and there are no version conflicts!

It fits everywhere

Perfect performance wherever you need it: The atvise high-end process core can be applied on every PC, server or high-capacity PLC. This unique scalability makes atvise the first ON-SITE SCADA system that can be used anywhere, at any time you need it!

Modular Performance

Two components are enough: atvise only consists of the SCADA server process and the engineering HMI. All communication between these two components is done exclusively via OPC UA open standard. Visualization takes place independently from atvise in your browser.

The SCADA server process is a compact program combining all functions as autonomous modules. They are safely supervised and controlled by the atvise kernel.
